Zusammenfassung

Material Bank is seeking a Sr. Material Researcher to own the catalog experience across material categories, building deep expertise in products, brands, terminology, and specifications to support how architects search for and specify materials.

You will enrich product information, identify gaps, and collaborate with Brand Partners to improve catalog completeness, attributes, and taxonomy, while partnering with Catalog, Product, and Search teams to deliver a better category experience.

Qualifikationen

• Deep knowledge of architectural materials, building products, or related design materials.
• Strong understanding of how architects and designers search for, evaluate, and specify materials.
• Experience with product catalogs, PIM systems, taxonomy, attributes, vocabularies, and structured content.

Aufgaben

• Own the catalog experience for assigned material categories and develop deep product/category knowledge.
• Enrich product data, identify data gaps, and coordinate with Brand Partners to improve catalog completeness.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to gather data and insights for better catalog representation.
• Conduct research with architects and designers to understand search and specification patterns.
• Analyze search queries and user behavior to improve product discovery and attributes.
