Job summary

This 1st shift, 9/80 role serves as primary contact between the Program Office, management, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure timely issue resolution and program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Program Office, management, customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Oversee material planning, production, fabrication, and procurement to meet SOW requirements.
• Monitor material availability, supplier performance, and schedule adherence.
• Lead monthly program meetings with customers and vendors to drive cost efficiency.
• Provide status reporting and analysis of program budgets and EACs.
• Support proposal efforts estimating MPM labor and material scope.
