Job summary

Sanmina-SCI Systems de México is seeking a Materials Program Manager to lead assigned programs, including new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in procurement. You will manage supplier performance across the lifecycle, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedule and cost targets.

The role requires 8-10 years in supplier relations, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARs, and experience with hardware manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience working with suppliers in high-tech environments.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARs and experience defending procurements with customers or DCMA/DCBA.
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main focal point within supply chain for assigned programs and suppliers.
• Present status and issues affecting schedule performance and cost to PMO and executives.
• Lead collaboration meetings with procurement, planning, and material control to ensure demand and supply planning.
