Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Material Program Manager to lead materiel management and ERP/MRP activities for the Canoga Park/Los Angeles area. You’ll guide procurement strategy, manage BOM and budgets, and resolve supplier and internal constraints affecting demand and schedules.

The role requires strong data analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with Oracle ERP/MRP; EVMS/CAM expertise, and the ability to obtain US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of SCM experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years SCM experience; without degree, 10 years SCM experience accepted.
• Experience with automated ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (CAM and EAC).
• Experience in manufacturing/aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM and cross-functional teams to manage ERP/MRP activities.
• Develop and drive procurement strategy based on ERP/MRP data.
• Coordinate material acquisition and fabrication status with departments and sites.
• Develop labor and BOM budgets to support proposals and monitor EVMS performance.
