Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Lead Material Processor/Machine Op at our Jefferson Warehouse facility. The Lead will supervise ~10 peers, ensure accurate dealer parts processing, and drive safety, quality, and lean improvements.

This role supports inventory control and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment. The position requires 2–4 years in operations/warehousing, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years Operations experience in warehousing/distribution.
• Experience with warehousing/distribution processes and general operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the assigned group processes dealer parts orders accurately and with reliable quality.
• Guide all processors to meet and exceed MPA standards.
• Drive lean practices and continuous improvements as defined by leadership; set best practice environment.
• Work with Supervision to identify and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain safety and quality as a core value.
• Prepare and relocate merchandise for storage and shipment.
