Job summary

XNRGY Climate Solutions, a leader in sustainable HVAC and cooling systems, seeks a Lead Material Planner in Mesa, AZ. You will manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain logistics for production of custom HVAC systems, coordinating with production, engineering, and procurement to meet schedules while optimizing stock levels.

The role emphasizes MRP scheduling, supplier management, data-driven inventory control, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing, modern facility with Industry 4.0

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (EPICOR a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MRP schedules to ensure materials availability for production.
• Analyze production schedules and forecasts to determine material needs.
• Collaborate with procurement to order materials and manage lead times.
• Monitor inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock and minimize waste.
• Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions impacting timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to accommodate design changes.
• Track metrics like inventory turnover and supplier performance.
• Maintain records of materials, transactions, and purchasing.
• Participate in continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
• Lead the department and drive KPIs for the planning team.
• Act as SME for standard work and process improvement.
