Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Material Handler in Chesterfield, Missouri to manage, move, pack, and receive materials in a regulated warehouse environment. You will perform 5S, inventory counts, and ensure compliance with cGMP/ISO/FDA guidelines while supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of warehouse experience; familiarity with WMS is a plus. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with WMS procedures.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (cGMP/ISO/FDA).
• Process improvement or compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack product orders, check lot numbers and weights, and prepare carrier documents.
• Receive, process, and label products from manufacturing or suppliers.
• Stock products, maintain 5S, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Perform physical inventory counts in warehouses and coolers.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines.
• May drive a truck to transport materials between locations.
• Provide training to other team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in the department.
