bioMérieux in Missouri (O’Fallon) is seeking a Senior Material Handler to ensure accurate receiving, movement, and shipping of materials, with strict adherence to 5S and safety standards.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, train colleagues, and support compliant operations under cgmp, ISO, and FDA guidelines; compensation starts at $17.50 per hour with eligibility for a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse processes and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and pack product orders, check lot numbers and weights, and prepare carrier documents.
• Receive, process, and label products from manufacturing or suppliers.
• Stock products, maintain 5S, and ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Perform physical inventory counts in warehouses and coolers.
• Manage departmental paperwork to record material transactions.
• Maintain warehouse/work areas according to 5S principles and participate in audits.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with leaders to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and FDA guidelines.
• May drive a truck to transport materials between locations.
• Provide training to other team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities in the department.
• Perform all work in line with company quality standards and procedures.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
