Job summary

Taco Cranston is seeking a Senior Material Handler to manage receiving, storing, and tracking component parts within our RI warehouse. You will count, verify, and organize materials, as well as crate, ship, and scrap items. This role also involves coaching teammates and serving as a resource for questions.

Located onsite in Cranston, RI. The position emphasizes inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and meeting picking goals, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• Proficient computer/data entry skills.
• Ability to operate ERP systems and shipping software.

Responsibilities

• Run fulfillment and shipping of trucks within ERP for order allocation.
• Coach and train other Material Handlers.
• Pull and stage materials for production and shipping.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and labels in ERP.
• Ensure safety and orderly warehouse operations.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
