Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, or a related area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Forklift certification is required and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve stock-out issues in the distribution center.
• Communicate with customers on requirements and provide accurate feedback.
• Assist in coordinating the direction and training of new employees.
• Assist in the coordination of material flow through the facility.
• Receive and enter purchase orders containing inventory into the system accurately and timely.
• Pick, package and ship items to prevent damage in transit.
• Manage receiving discrepancies both within the company and with external suppliers.
• Cycle count inventory to comply with company standards.
• Develop bills of lading and delivery forms when required.
• Lead special project activity as delegated.
