Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, or related area.
• Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve stock-out issues in the distribution center.
• Communicate with customers on requirements and provide accurate feedback.
• Assist in coordinating the direction and training of new employees.
• Assist in the coordination of material flow through the facility.
• Receive and enter purchase orders containing inventory into the system accurately and timely.
• Pack and ship items to prevent damage in transit.
• Manage receiving discrepancies with the company and suppliers.
• Lead special project activity as delegated.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
