Job summary

Covenant Logistics in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Material Handler to move goods within the warehouse using a forklift and other lifts, ensuring production lines run smoothly and inventory stays accurate.

You will stack, pack, and ship items, operate an RF device, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and timely fulfillment. Prior forklift experience and familiarity with WMS/RF systems are a plus, with a strong emphasis on organized work and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience, required.
• Prior forklift operation experience, required.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• WMS or RF Unit system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and adhere to equipment policies.
• Stack freight methodically according to safety and quality standards.
• Plan efficient movement of freight based on layout and volume.
• Inspect forklift equipment and move goods between points.
• Supply production areas and relocate finished goods as needed.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to mitigate problems.
• Record, document, and file materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate RF device.
• Shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
• Assist Inventory Control and maintain 5S standards.
