Job summary

Covenant Logistics is seeking a Material Handler to move goods within our warehouse using forklifts and other lifts. You will ensure timely supply to production areas and remove finished goods to storage while maintaining organization and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork. This on-site role offers competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience required.
• Prior forklift operation experience required.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• WMS or RF Unit system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other lifts following safety policies.
• Stack and organize freight per safety/quality standards.
• Plan efficient movement of freight based on layout and volume.
• Inspect and operate forklift equipment.
• Move goods between points to support production flow.
• Provide timely feedback on fulfillment and inventory issues.
