Senior Material Handler — ERP/RF, MHE & Shipping

Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in San Jose, CA is seeking a Material Handler III on a 12+ month contract (W2) to safely load and unload, pick and pack, and move materials in the distribution center using ERP/WMS systems, RF devices and SAP. This role is 40 hours per week.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant experience, forklift certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following GDP, safety guidelines, and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Forklift certification required and able to operate MHE.
• At least 3 years in a distribution/warehouse role with ERP/WMS exposure.
• Experience with SAP and RF scanning is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow GDP and SOPs.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Pallet/Case picking and packing for shipments.
• Process orders using RF technology and ERP/WMS.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and adhere to SOPs.
• Inbound/Outbound movement and document preparation.
• Operate and monitor MHE safely; ensure accurate packaging.
• Train or support SAP-related functions as needed.
• Assist with dock activities and shipment labeling.
