Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Material Handler III for a 12-month contract in San Jose, CA. You will safely load and unload within the distribution center, use ERP systems for location and storage, and prepare shipments for domestic and international orders.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, and the ability to work a 40-hour week on the 1st shift. US Citizens or GC holders only apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with MHE (forklifts, reach trucks) preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ERP systems for location, storage, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely in the distribution center.
• Use ERP and RF devices to locate, pick, and pack items.
• Prepare shipments and required documentation for domestic and international orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound material based on business needs.
• Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and maintain a safe work area.
• Follow GDP and safety procedures; train on SAP as needed.
