Job summary

Kindeva in St. Louis is seeking a skilled warehouse operator to join our GMP distribution team. You will handle shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and cycle counting while working with forklifts and power industrial vehicles.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CDL Class A/B/C, Hazmat certification (or eligibility), and the ability to pass drug screening and physical. You will support cross‑site material movements and may train others as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years warehouse operator experience in GMP or other regulated environment.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate standup or sit-down forklift; must become certified within 30 days.
• Class A, B or C CDL with 2+ years driving experience.
• Current HAZMAT Certification or ability to obtain HAZMAT Certification prior to start date.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening and job fitness physical.
• Must pass and maintain controlled substances clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse functions in GMP warehouse including shipping, receiving, kitting, staging, and cycle counting.
• Operate power industrial vehicles and assist with forklift training as needed.
• Coordinate material movement with production, supply chain, and plant engineering schedules.
• Maintain inventories of shipping, receiving, and material handling supplies.
• Lead as SME within the department and help resolve shortages/issues with other departments.
• Perform production picking and staging to fulfill production demands.
• Hazardous waste duties including handling or generating hazardous waste, preparing hazardous waste for shipment.
• Manage loading docks to coincide with production and site schedules.
