Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Material Handler to lead the accurate dispensing and handling of raw materials for production. You will verify labels, document processes, and mentor teammates while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to GMPs and SOPs, and the ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years manufacturing or material handling experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials according to specifications.
• Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately.
• Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies.
• Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision.
• Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments.
• Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
• Mentor peers and support a positive team environment.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
