General Dynamics Bath Iron Works is seeking a Sr Supply Chain Analyst in Bath, ME to support program offices, estimating and manufacturing with a focus on material cost and spend forecasting.

The role operates within the BOS framework to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards while coordinating with stakeholders to meet milestones. A BS/BA and 5–10 years related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years Business/Finance/Estimating related experience; Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Material Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Material Spend.
• Development of quarterly EACs for each ship under contract.
• Prepare & administer all related EVM requirements associated with Material.
• Material Cost/Spend Forecasting to support Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual materials spend forecasting process.
• Act as the POC for relative reporting, error resolution, process improvements and special assignments.
• Prepare & administer relative metrics.
• All deliverables will be on time and error free.
• Document all processes where documentation does not exist and ensure procedures are kept.
