Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems; demonstrable mechanical skills.
• Technical training or commensurate technical experience required.
• ASE Master Technician designation preferred; state inspection/emissions license required by state.

Responsibilities

• Examines customer vehicles and identifies necessary repairs.
• Estimates cost of repairs and documents services performed.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance according to dealer guidelines.
• Keeps work area organized, clean and safe.
• Follows dealership safety rules and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Requests necessary parts and utilizes timekeeping system.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Participates in required training and team meetings.
• Observes all safety and company policies; communicates with customers and staff.
