Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Master Technician for Napleton Italian Imports in Carmel, Indiana. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems while building trust with customers through reliable service.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years as a Master Technician; ASE or Manufacturer certifications are a plus. Competitive pay plus incentives, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Master Level Technician.
• ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Self-starter, process-driven.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications—brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnosis and needed repairs to non-technical staff and customers as required.
• Continuously update technical skills through formal training to stay current with automotive technology.
• Keep management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur and maintain an organized service bay.
