Job summary

Conrad’s Tire Express And Total Car Care is seeking a Master Technician to serve as a diagnostic consultant and lead advanced repairs across multiple vehicle systems. This role includes mentoring technicians, guiding daily shop operations, and ensuring high-quality workmanship to exceed customer expectations.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of automotive repair experience, be a Certified Master Technician, and hold ASE certifications in key areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
• Certified Master Technician with advanced knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance, removal, replacement, and diagnostics.
• ASE Certifications in multiple areas including suspension & steering, brakes, HVAC, refrigerant recovery & recycling, engine repair, electrical/electronic systems, and transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform advanced removal, replacement, and diagnostic work on a wide range of systems including emission control, throttle body, electrical and ignition systems, ABS, cruise control, drivability, transmissions, A/C, and four-wheel drive components.
• Train and mentor service department team members in vehicle maintenance and repair responsibilities.
• Assist location managers with daily operations, pricing work orders, requisitioning parts, shop organization, and supervising other team members.
