Ciocca Ford of York in York, PA is seeking a Master Technician to join our dynamic team. Immediate openings with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates, and hourly pay of $40-$46. You can earn $100k-$150k+ yearly based on productivity, with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Master Service Technician experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• PA Emissions and Inspection Licenses.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
