Moran Automotive Group in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Senior Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and perform high-quality mechanical work on a variety of vehicles. You’ll use advanced diagnostic tools, follow manufacturer specifications, and document services for customers.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification or State Master Certified.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year as Automotive Technician; Master Technician preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicles, diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.

What We're Looking For

• ASE Certification or State Master Certified
• Previous experience at a dealership
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a Master Technician certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive systems, mechanics, and components.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
