In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to provide top-notch vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. You will work closely with our service team to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.
• Lead by example, mentoring and training junior technicians to enhance overall team performance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and maintenance needs clearly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and dealership policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Master Technician with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repair.
