Base pay range

$30.00/yr - $40.00/yr

We are seeking a Ford-certified Senior Master Technician to join our team! This individual will perform mechanical services on vehicles, diagnose and repair complex issues, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive background and a passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical services on various vehicles efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diagnostic tools.
  • Provide detailed reports of repairs and services.
  • Maintain high standards and follow manufacturer specifications.
  • Update technical knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the work area organized.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ford Certification and ASE Certification.
  • Previous experience at a Ford dealership.
  • Minimum of 5 years as an Automotive Technician; Master Technician certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
