Job summary

MITY Inc. in Orem, Utah, is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler / Planner to lead production scheduling across nine value streams. The role turns customer demand into feasible schedules, balances capacity and materials, and keeps orders on track for on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in scheduling in manufacturing, strong S&OP/S&OE experience, and proficiency with ERP/MRP and advanced Excel. This fully onsite role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of production scheduling or master planning experience in manufacturing.
Experience with S&OP and S&OE processes and capacity planning.
Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication with production teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules across multiple value streams.
Lead S&OP and S&OE processes to align demand, capacity, and materials.
Monitor schedules, address bottlenecks, and adjust plans for changes.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service.
Analyze capacity, labor, inventory, and equipment to improve efficiency.
Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP and pursue process improvements.
Track KPIs like on-time delivery, schedule attainment, and past-due orders.
Communicate priorities and risks to operations leadership.
