Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. in Bolingbrook, IL seeks a Master Scheduler to set and manage production schedules across multiple lines and shifts. You will balance capacity, labor, inventory, and costs while partnering with Sales, Production, and Engineering to meet demand.

The role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and works with cross-functional teams to optimize MRP accuracy, KPIs, and S&OP transitions. A strong background in SAP and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing.
• 5+ years of SAP experience within the past 10 years.
• Capacity planning experience in a constrained manufacturing environment.
• Experience with scheduling software tools or applications.
• Understanding of material forecasts and inventory management, preferably MTO.
• Advanced Excel knowledge with data-modeling and dashboards preferred.
• APICS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning/scheduling team and monitor production execution and inventory.
• Develop and set the Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing capacity and labor.
• Create and deploy tactical scheduling plans for department schedulers.
• Analyze MPS requirements vs. capacity and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Regional Production Planning for inter-company load balancing.
• Research variance between sales forecast and material plan vs. actuals.
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards for forecasting, capacity, and inventory models.
• Ensure MRP accuracy in ERP and correct discrepancies with schedulers.
• Support S&OP processes and transition to the production master schedule.
