Giesecke+Devrient ePayments America, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage end-to-end planning across demand, supply, production and inventory.

You will forecast, align supply with demand, and optimize costs while collaborating with sales, production, procurement and logistics to deliver customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes analytics, SAP/MRP proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on inventory optimization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• 3+ years SAP experience and MRP usage for material purchasing in past 5 years.
• 3+ years forecasting and/or demand planning experience.
• IBP experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with PRs and STOs.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Ability to analyze inventory trends and act to improve levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand and supply plans using historical data and forecasts.
• Plan production schedules with operations and procurement to meet delivery requirements.
• Manage material availability via MRP to support demand.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales and Logistics to align planning.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Participate in S&OP meetings and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and capacity planning.
• Create and analyze KPIs on service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Improve planning processes and data accuracy through system enhancements (SAP/IBP or equivalent).
• Support new product introductions by planning timelines.
