The Pivot Group Network is actively seeking Master Schedulers for manufacturers in and around Charlotte, MI. This on-site role focuses on building and maintaining the master production schedule, aligning demand with capacity, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have ERP/MRP experience, strong data analysis, and should be able to coordinate with sales and purchasing. Salary ranges from $74,000 to $108,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building production schedules in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to translate demand forecasts into build plans.
• Clear written and verbal communication with production, purchasing and sales.

Responsabilités

• Keep planning data accurate in the ERP system.
• Build and maintain the master production schedule for all active work orders.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service to align demand with available capacity.
• Review material availability with purchasing before releasing the schedule.
• Adjust the schedule when orders change, equipment goes down, or parts arrive late.
• Lead daily or weekly production planning meetings with shop floor supervisors.
• Track schedule adherence and report on-time delivery performance.
• Identify capacity constraints and recommend overtime, shifts, or outsourcing.
