Williams, White & Company in Moline, IL seeks a Master Scheduler II to develop and communicate the master production schedule across all manufacturing resources, ensuring customer scope and deadlines are met. The role works with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and shopfloor management to maintain a live, up-to-date schedule and coordinate resource use for optimal throughput.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years scheduling in manufacturing,

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business/engineering preferred.
• 5+ years scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment (custom manufacturing preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, especially Epicor.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Develop and communicate the master production schedule for the company across all manufacturing resources.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations and shopfloor management to keep the live schedule up to date.
• Ensure stakeholders are aware of changes and the schedule supports customer requirements.
• Mentor and train team members on systems and processes; participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Travel as needed.
