AECOM is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area to enhance project schedule management and analysis. **ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Master Scheduler** to join our team in the **DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area**
In this role you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving our network, security, and cloud operations processes, deployments, and systems. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, conduct analysis, and utilize data and analytics to drive effective decision-making, develops and manages the master schedule, analyzes schedules aligning activities with processes and timelines, produces schedule outputs for review and use through all levels of management, and assist in identifying risks and options to minimize impact to schedule and outcomes.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Develop standardized template project schedules for use by project managers and others to adapt to specific projects tracking progress
+ Develop and manage master schedule to consolidate and integrate required schedules into a single view with properly linked activities, realistic actions durations, and provide views and outputs to support decision making
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to analyze and define business processes, develop trade off analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements to include to track schedules, identify slack times and activities, identify potential schedule slips and deltas, and brief schedules to team and to DHS leadership
+ Collaborate with network engineers, security specialists, and cloud operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
+ Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations based on analysis; create financial models and perform data analytics to assess current processes and identify potential efficiencies to optimize schedules.
+ Train, mentor, and support project managers and other team members to develop, maintain, track, and analyze schedules
+ Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and other project documents; provide project management support to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget; create reports and dashboards to present information to stakeholders
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Management, Data Analytics or related field
+ 8+ years of experience in project management, data analytics, and financial modeling
+ Understanding of ITIL4 principles
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ FinOps Certification
+ PMO experience
+ Previous IT projects experience
+ One of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Data Management Pr5ofessional (CDMP), Six Sigma Certification, ITILv4
+ ServiceNow Certification
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD suitability is required prior to starting this position.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
