Qualifications

• Certified Master status in a skilled trades discipline or an associate degree with 5 years related experience.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with production equipment maintenance and PLCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment reliability using condition monitoring tools and procedures.
• Repair, install, troubleshoot, and service production equipment including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read ladder logic to troubleshoot and modify PLC programs.
• Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance and Lean initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and mentor apprentice technicians.
