Job summary

Benedict Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Master Electrician in Wisconsin to install, service, and maintain electrical systems for commercial structures on new, remodel, and repair projects. The role requires 10+ years experience and a WI licensed electrician.

The position offers independent work with occasional collaboration, a non-exempt status, and opportunities to ensure safety and quality on diverse mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a licensed electrician
• Experience with medium voltage systems
• Experience in commercial industrial electrical work
• Experience in installation, service, and/or maintenance of HVACR and commercial food service equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs per trade standards, codes and safety requirements.
• Read blueprints and perform electrical calculations to determine specs and materials.
• Communicate project plans, progress and outcomes with staff, clients and customers.
• Collaborate with external contractors and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Use a computerized management system to record work progress and meet reporting deadlines.
• Prepare work areas, gather materials, operate tools and company vehicle, and clean up after project completion.
• Set and achieve individual goals and contribute to department objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication, versatility, follow through, and customer focus.
• Maintain professionalism, timeliness, accuracy, and positive company image.
• Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.
