Job summary

Cadence Design Systems in California seeks a data governance professional to lead governance programs in a hybrid setting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define strategies, implement frameworks, and ensure data quality and compliance using BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in MDM, master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks.
• Project and/or program management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development a big plus.
• Any prior experience managing environmental, social and governance initiatives is a big plus.
• Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.
• Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus.

Salary and Compensation:

The annual salary range for California is $88,200 to $163,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
