Job summary

Abbott Park, IL, is seeking a Senior Master Data Analyst to lead master data creation/updates for the enterprise. You will liaise with businesses, support data integrity, and work across divisions to solve data-related problems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, accounting, information technology or finance preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience with degree or 4-6 years’ experience with Master Data Management exposure preferred.
• SAP experience along advanced SQL, MS Access and Excel skills are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Interact with multi-divisional and multi-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Provide data analysis to verify/validate data and identify root causes.
• Understand master data implications for SAP and other business systems based on requirements.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of key goals and processes with stakeholders to aid in data analysis.
• Support development of master data standards and procedures and manage projects to milestones.
• Build relationships across the organization and with external partners.
• Assist in monitoring technical and business support staff on projects.
• Adhere to Master Data SOPs and SLA,s and participate in cross-functional projects.
