As a Shop Leader, you will diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and diesel systems, provide accurate labor estimates, document repairs, and ensure adherence to factory specifications in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Minimum 5 years professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostics and repair of engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical, HVAC and diesel systems.
• Proven ability to mentor junior technicians and lead a shop.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Shop Leader, mentoring junior technicians to foster growth.
• Diagnose and repair complex systems with precision and expertise.
• Perform thorough multi-point inspections and provide accurate labor estimates.
• Complete precise documentation to maintain records of repairs and diagnostics.
