Ron Marhofer Auto Family in Stow, OH is seeking a GM A-Level Certified Master Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle systems in a high-volume dealership. You will use GM diagnostic tools and stay aligned with factory specifications while maximizing production hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5+ years as a flat-rate dealership technician with high efficiency and low comebacks.
• GM training certifications and ASE certifications maintained with emphasis on engine, trans, electrical, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems to GM factory specs.
• Use GM tools to determine root causes and perform warranty and customer-pay repairs.
• Provide clear explanations to guests and mentor junior technicians.
