SteveRecruiter, LLC in Rochester Hills is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose and repair vehicles in a shop established since 1992. The right candidate can grow from A-Level Technician to Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or Technical Manager as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical abilities.
• A-Level/Master-level mechanical skills.
• Transmission experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications are preferred, but proven ability matters more than certificates.

Responsibilities

• Advanced vehicle diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
• Drivability concerns
• Transmission diagnosis, repair, and replacement
• Engine diagnosis and major mechanical repair
• Complex repairs other technicians may not be equipped to handle
• General A-Level automotive repair when needed
