Job summary

Sogeti USA - a part of CapGemini is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead one of our largest retail digital transformation programs, serving as onsite leader for a multi-year Marketing Technology and Digital Commerce initiative.

The role requires seasoned consulting with deep MarTech and Retail experience, executive stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and program governance across multiple workstreams; daily onsite presence is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of Engagement Management experience.
7+ years managing enterprise digital transformation programs.
Proven experience leading Marketing Technology implementations.
Proven experience leading Digital Commerce or Ecommerce transformation initiatives.
Strong Retail industry experience.
Experience working directly with executive business stakeholders.
Experience managing global delivery teams.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
Strong commercial and financial management experience.
Experience coordinating multiple vendors and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as Sogeti USA/Capgemini's primary onsite executive representative.
Build trusted relationships with executive leadership across Marketing, Digital, Ecommerce, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and Product organizations.
Lead executive governance meetings and steering committees.
Drive executive decision-making and issue resolution.
Lead delivery across multiple workstreams including: Marketing Technology, Adobe Experience Cloud, Content Management, Digital Asset Management, Ecommerce, Customer Data Platform, Analytics, and Change Management.
