Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and documentation across client projects with a strong MarTech focus. You will transform stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and tasks, partnering with solutions architects, developers, and QA to ensure delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship management, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate the BA lifecycle while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web project lifecycle from discovery to design to implementation and release.
• 2–5 years of product management and/or project management experience.
• 5+ years of CMS experience (Contentstack, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore, WordPress Atlas, Uniform).
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 accessibility requirements.
• Experience with QA and testing in an Agile or Waterfall environment.
• Experience managing project requirements using Jira or Azure DevOps, with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to support documentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of sponsors and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements via workshops, surveys, site visits, workflows, and use cases.
• Translate requirements into functional specs comprehensible to developers.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams to guide the project team.
• Review detailed requirements/user stories with stakeholders for accuracy.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and manage backlog refinements.
• Communicate changes and enhancements through documentation to stakeholders.
• Lead junior staff and mentor team members.
• Pilot AI-powered workflows and tools to improve efficiency.
