Job summary

MSQ DX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will manage relationships, gather and translate requirements, and lead internal teams to drive projects to completion, juggling multiple client engagements with strong prioritization and time management.

This role requires digital agency experience, MarTech focus, and comfort with AI tools across the BA lifecycle. Pay range is $125,000 - $145,000 USD, with remote US-based work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web project lifecycle from discovery to release.
• 2–5 years in product or project management.
• 5+ years CMS experience (Contentstack, Contentful, Optimizely, Sitecore, WordPress Atlas, Uniform).
• Understanding of web page structure and WCAG 2.1/2.2.
• QA/testing experience in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Ability to write clear, organized user stories and requirements.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and diagramming tools.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs of sponsors and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflows, use cases, scenarios.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for developers and project teams.
• Review requirements with stakeholders for accuracy and completeness.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and manage changes across the lifecycle.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, BRD drafting, and user story generation.
