Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour

Our client is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Systems Analyst to join their team for a remote contract opportunity.

As a Senior Marketing Systems Analyst, you will support the utilization, maintenance, and enhancement of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation systems, driving best practices and meeting business objectives. This role focuses on platform enhancements, automated marketing programs, data management, and lead workflow, ensuring database integrity and effective lead nurturing for a B2B sales force.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Pardot, and other marketing technologies.
• Develop and execute system enhancements, ensuring alignment across upstream and downstream processes.
• Support marketing programs, ensuring effective campaign execution to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate across teams, translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Manage technology projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, and training.
• Deliver insights through data analysis and project management for system enhancements and integrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5+ years Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Data Cloud and Pardot certifications preferred).
• Experience with marketing automation tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and digital marketing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, and Javascript is a plus.
