Qualifications

• Agency experience: 7+ years in marketing, advertising, or integrated marketing services.
• Proven track record of owning project budgets and campaign profitability.
• Leadership coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, digital, production and account services.
• Hands-on proficiency with ClickUp and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Plan & Execute: Own the full lifecycle of multiple client projects across digital, creative, production, and event initiatives from scoping to delivery.
• Manage & Track: Build and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while monitoring profitability and margins.
• Liaise & Resolve: Act as primary client liaison, leading status meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts or risks.
• Oversee & Coordinate: Manage third-party vendors and outsourced services to ensure quality and seamless delivery.
• Mentor & Optimize: Guide junior coordinators and drive process improvements to speed up delivery and margins.
• Partner & Estimate: Collaborate with account management on scoping, cost estimates, and proposals.
