Job summary

Reveleer is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Programs and Communications to drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, social, and content, aligning go-to-market strategy with measurable programs.

You will partner with product marketing, sales, and leadership to craft compelling messaging, manage brand voice, press relations, events, and executive visibility while focusing on retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience with campaign execution in tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, PR, or related field.
• Proven track record building integrated, multi-channel marketing programs on time and budget.
• Excellent verbal and executive communication skills with organized, proactive style.
• Proficient with website CMS, marketing automation, and CRM (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong project and stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience mentoring teams and managing freelancers/agencies.
• Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute an integrated, multi-channel plan including campaigns, webinars, email/nurture, social, content, events, and corporate communications.
• Run paid and earned media programs with partners and track performance from creative to recap.
• Draft and distribute press releases; manage agency/analyst/media relations; build executive visibility programs.
• Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all channels and outlets.
• Measure and optimize performance against engagement, leads, MQLs, and pipeline; refine programs based on data.
• Oversee customer retention and expansion strategies; nurture existing relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell.
