• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate as needed with clear options.
• Manage vendor relationships and statements of work as needed.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish governance, templates, and processes for consistent execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
