Job summary

American Beacon Partners seeks an Associate Analyst / Analyst, Marketing to create, produce and distribute marketing content across print, web, email and digital channels for the U.S. wealth and retirement markets.

You will collaborate with Sales and National Accounts to understand distribution needs and drive campaigns that align with brand standards. The role embraces AI-assisted workflows and a fast-moving environment where you can grow responsibilities, refine materials, and shape campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including editing and proofreading.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially data accuracy against source materials.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical and technical skills.
• Creativity and sound judgment within brand and regulatory guardrails.
• Ability to own deliverables end to end, meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn, experiment with new tools and adapt to marketing landscape.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in financial markets, investment management or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Create and update materials on a monthly and quarterly cycle (fund sheets, flyers, commentary, pitchbooks).
• Track material expiration and refresh dates; flag items for re-approval.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials.
• Identify opportunities to streamline production with templates, automation and AI tools.
• Support integrated campaigns across email, web and social channels from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and National Accounts to tailor content for distribution partners.
• Contribute ideas for new content formats and campaign angles to differentiate the firm.
• Update the public website and advisor portal with product pages and news posts.
• Support digital campaign execution (formatting, asset staging, performance tracking).
• Prepare marketing materials for Compliance review and disclosures; route revisions for final approval.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and status reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
