Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, PR, communications, or related roles in gaming.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience planning and leading campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, Steam.
• Strong media outreach, pitching, and press materials experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across organic, paid, earned, owned, and partner channels.
• Develop messaging and campaign narratives for updates, newsletters, storefronts, pages, and social media.
• Build relationships with media, journalists, creators, influencers, platform partners, and communities.
• Plan and execute initiatives to grow audience, membership, and engagement.
• Coordinate content production for promotional materials, ensuring on-brand assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, audience trends, and competitor activity.
