Beam is looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Operations Manager to help bring our campaigns, product launches, retail initiatives, and creative projects to life. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this person will play an important role in turning marketing plans into action – keeping projects moving, connecting teams, organizing assets, and coordinating the many details behind a successful launch.
The Marketing Operations Manager will work across nearly every area of marketing, collaborating with Creative, Brand, Growth, Retention, Retail, Product, Operations, and external partners. From major product launches and retail initiatives to photoshoots, events, and PR gifting, this role offers hands‑on experience and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing wellness brand brings ideas to market.
