We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Technology Specialist to join our global Marketing Operations & Automation team at Check Point.

We seek a person passionate about building scalable systems, creating order from chaos by developing frameworks, processes, and automations in Marketo & SFDC that enable marketing to scale efficiently and accurately handle all incoming data.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketo Governance & Documentation
• Data Management, including but not limited to: data sync between Marketo & SFDC, database health, enrichment, and normalization processes.
• Oversee end-to-end lead lifecycle management, including lead capture, scoring, and assignment.
• Monitor email deliverability rates & IP reputation.
• Ensure compliance with global email marketing & data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate closely with the MIS team (Management Information Systems).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo (admin-level proficiency).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, especially regarding integration points and lead management.
• Experience with API troubleshooting, email deliverability tools, and system QA processes.
• A problem solver capable of finding creative solutions and executing effectively.
• Fluent English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Marketo Certification (MCE)
• Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, RingLead, 6 Sense
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Team player attitude
