Job summary

Team Overview

You will report to the VP, Member Growth \& Insights, under the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer. This team sits at the center of Nutmeg’s growth strategy, connecting marketing, data, and member experience to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.

We are a high\-ownership, fast\-moving team focused on turning insights into action to grow membership engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership and represent the team in cross-functional settings. This requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and alignment with Nutmeg’s core values.

Position Description

The primary purpose of this position is to own day-to-day marketing execution, including serving as the point of contact for agencies and creative partners, managing incoming requests from internal stakeholders, and ensuring work is aligned to broader organizational priorities.

Essential Functions
  • Marketing project management & agency relations
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for agency and creative partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful project execution.
  • Manage marketing projects from intake through completion by gathering stakeholder requirements, developing clear briefs, defining scope, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements, strengthening workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality, organization, accountability, and follow-through across all marketing initiatives.
  • Oversight to maintain brand and creative standards
  • Review and approve creative to ensure alignment with Nutmeg’s brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
  • Help shape cohesive, member-centric storytelling across campaigns and channels
  • Campaign performance and future enablement
  • Lead campaign wrap-ups, including performance analysis, key insights, and actionable recommendations
  • Track campaign outcomes and maintain a library of learnings and best practices to inform future efforts
  • Website and digital banking optimization
  • Manage digital member communications within the Alkami platform, including alerts, in-app messaging, and promotions
  • Maintain and update website content and alerts in WordPress to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, including coordinating audience lists, formatting emails, and ensuring timely deployment

Qualifications

Experience, Education & Credentials: A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing within mid\- to large\-sized organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and executing across multiple marketing channels, including digital, paid media, and traditional channels
  • Experience in financial services, banking, credit union, or FinTech industries is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including WordPress, email platforms, and social media channels

  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify insights, and make clear recommendations
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills, managing multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication with a strong sense of brand voice and consistency
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
